
SYNOPSIS
This existential play revolves around three characters who have nothing in common, and their afterlife is portrayed in a single room. This room is their hell. In this space, there is no physical torture, but the three are subjected to psychological torment due to their actions during their lives and the unbearable presence of each other. They suffer deeply. The play is one of Jean-Paul Sartre’s most significant works, which earned him the Nobel Prize in Literature. It is also known under the title No Exit.
